This Return and Refund Policy is provided by GR Trailers, LLC in accordance with Shopify’s merchant requirements and applies to all purchases made through our online store.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received

  • All original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Labor, installation, delivery, and freight charges

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact GR Trailers, LLC at the contact information below within 30 days of delivery.

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.

  3. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and freight costs, unless the return is due to an error by GR Trailers, LLC or a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping, freight, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer issue. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Damage or defect claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Photos and documentation are required to process claims.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not shipped or entered production.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
