Thank you for shopping with GR Trailers, LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

  • Freight Shipping (large items): Delivery timeframe will be provided after order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers for oversized or heavy items

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Locations

GR Trailers, LLC currently ships to:

  • The United States

International shipping is not available at this time unless otherwise stated.


Freight & Oversized Items

Certain products, including large trailer parts or equipment, may require freight shipping. Freight shipments may:

  • Require a delivery appointment

  • Require a business address or liftgate service (additional fees may apply)

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery accessibility.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GR Trailers, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

GR Trailers, LLC is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim

  • Notify us at parts@grtrailers.com within 48 hours of delivery

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Grease Caps (Axles)

If grease caps on axles arrive damaged, do not ship the axle or product back.

Please contact GR Trailers, LLC immediately at parts@grtrailers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged grease caps

Once verified, we will send replacement grease caps at no additional cost. Shipping the product back without prior authorization may result in delays or denial of replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. GR Trailers, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned shipments due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
